  • All our listings are immediately input to the Northwest Multiple Listing Service. The marketing remarks displayed on the Northwest Multiple Listing Service input are always well written and command the attention of the potential buyer. Our listings include as many complimentary photos as possible since potential buyers that surf the web gloss over listings without photos or listings with poorly taken photos. Visual Tour software that allows for panoramic views will be used if enough photos of quality are taken and are complimentary to the property.

  • Open houses as well as Broker’s open houses are done at the request of the client and discretion of the agent as to the potential benefit to that particular property.

  • Well crafted, artful flyers are created for each listing and flyer boxes always remain full while the house is active on the market.

  • Specialized target marketing is needed from time to time for unique properties. For example, listing a Bed and Breakfast, log cabin or equestrian property requires a specialized marketing campaign so that the right potential buyers are targeted.
